Sensitivity analysis of avoidable and unavoidable exergy destructions in a parallel double‐effect LiBr–water absorption cooling system

A parametric study has been carried out based on advanced exergy assessment for a parallel double-effect LiBr–water absorption chiller. The method provides the real potential of equipment improvement in system by recognizing avoidable irreversibilities. sensitivity analysis various parts destruction (endogenous avoidable, endogenous unavoidable, exogenous and unavoidable) components overall performance (coefficient performance, efficiency, modified efficiency) done to identify actual different improve relative operational parameters.
